1 – DEFINE REQUIREMENTS

  • Consultancy about attraction, workforces availability and the ideal characteristics of the professional;
  • Outline and approval of the target ideal candidate.

2 – CANDIDATES MAPPING

  • Organize and activate the channels or tools that will be used to reach candidates (social media, database, hunting).

3 – SCREENING AND INTERVIEWS

  • Evaluate the objective and subjective requisites of a substantial amount of candidates;
  • Apply tests and scan all grade A and B+ candidates found;

4 – COMPARISON

  • Compare 15 to 20 A and B+ candidates following Foursales exclusive methodology.

5 - PRESENTATION

  • Present 3 to 5 grade A finalists and all comparative reports exlusive to Foursales methodology.

6 – NEGOTIATION AND CLOSURE

  • Proposal to the finalist;
  • Mediate the details from the start;
  • Project closure.
