Our client is an Belgium chemical company that exports mainly to Asia and South America.
- Manage and develop direct reports through coaching and training, and ensure they execute their responsibilities in a safe and ethical manner
- Develops and manages through key metrics that give an accurate picture of sales goals and of progress toward them
- Develop strategies focused on expanding the client base for assigned region / Sales Area Managers.
- Conduct business reviews and account development activities with Sales Area Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 – 10 Years of successful B2B sales experience
- 3 years of sales management experience
- Experience in Chemical Industry preferred.
