Guia de como garantizamos las
mejores contrataciones

1 - DEFINIR REQUISITOS

  • Consultoria sobre atractividad, disponibilidad de mano de obra y perfil ideal del profesional;
  • Construcción y aprobación del perfil que será buscado.

2 - Contratación de ejecutivo

  • Organizar y accionar los canales que serán utilizados o las herramientas para conseguir los candidatos.(redes sociales, banco de datos, hunting).

3 - TRIAJE Y ENTREVISTA

  • Evaluar los pre-requisitos objetivos y subjetivos (performance) de una cantidad suficiente de candidatos;
  • Aplicar testes y ánalisis a los candidatos, curva a y b+ identificados;

4 - COMPARACIÓN

  • Comparación de 15 a 20 candidatos curva a y b+ siguiendo la metodología exclusiva de foursales.

5 - PRESENTACIÓN

  • Presentar 3 a 5 finalistas curva a juntamente con todos los pareceres comparativos exclusivos de metodología foursales.

6 - NEGOCIACIÓN

  • Propuesta para el escogido;
  • Intermediar detalles de inicio;
  • Cierre del projecto.
